Haney was voted in as General Superintendent of the UPCI, and shortly thereafter, the Hudspeth’s would move to St. Louis where Joy would serve as his assistant at headquarters, and Brother Hudspeth would pioneer a church in the metro St. Louis area. The Hudspeth's moved to St. Louis in 2002, began the Abundant Life Family Center, and Pastor Hudspeth was honored with ordination. They served faithfully for ten years until May of 2012 when they were voted in as Pastor of TLC in Saint Petersburg.

The Hudspeth’s are the proud parents of Jordan and his wife Sarah, Landon, and Ashton. They are also Lollie and Pop to their beautiful granddaughter Amelia Maye and a soon to be born grandson.

Their first official service at TLC was Father's Day in June 2012. Since that time, the TLC family and the Hudspeth's have grown to deeply love and appreciate each other. Pastor Hudspeth's authentic, relevant, and encouraging ministry is the result of real-world experience and a testimony of what God can do through a sold-out willing vessel.

Pastor Hudspeth is also a certified, licensed chaplain and serves over 6000 corporate employees in this capacity. The Hudspeth's consider it a great honor and privilege to serve The Life Church family, and they are very excited to see what the future holds for this amazing church.
